HIRE COSTS

All studio hire starts at £35 per hour Monday - Friday.

Weekend Hire is £35 per hour if there are multiple bookings.

We have an exclusive fee on the weekends if we are opening the building for one booking.

1-2 hour hire - £38.00 plus the studio hire cost.

3-4 hour hire - £60 plus the studio hire cost.

5-7 hour hire £90 plus the studio hire cost.

theatre hire

We have two Black Box Studio Theatres available for hire at weekends at BN1 Arts Centre CIC.

These spaces are ideal for one man/woman shows, comedy gigs or small ensemble shows.

(max 6-8 performers for plays, 3 - 5 for dance.)

The audience capacity, 30 -38 seats.

Studio Theatre A

COST: Prices start from £130.00 without a technician.

Studio Theatre B

COST: Prices start from £100 without a technician.
